Wow, what can I say, it’s like finally being seen. As a self proclaimed ‘good girl’ I have always struggled to ask for what I felt I deserve, and when I have, been made to fee like I’m not worthy. It’s a mindset shift that finally in my 40s I’m working on to create a more confident me. This podcast is like chatting to a kind supportive friend who ‘gets it’ I look forward to more.
