I'm a speaker and a business coach, and I'm on a mission to close the self-employment pay gap - because women who work for themselves consistently charge less than men, and it's costing them thousands every single year. Not because we're less talented but because we were taught to be good.

Why I started this podcast

I wanted to have some real conversations about how we clear this conditioning that is keeping us small so we can build life on our own terms. How we build our ideal lives and businesses without the second-guessing and the holding back.
